This one took me a while to work out

"All manner of shareable snippets were doing the rounds on Twitter, under the hash tag #WelcomeBabyXXXX, but a favourite theme emerged - the shipping of 24-year-old XXX and his band mate YYY"

I think that 'shipping' is a typo for 'shopping' as in 'photo-shopping', but I can't be sure.
