Bending my rules

This was a story about a dancer, which had this headline:

"XXX reveals she needs a hip operation at the age of 46 after decades of dancing have taken their toll"

The story revealed that this was not actually the case:

"She said: ‘I’ve been told I’ll need to have a hip replacement at some point, but technology changes so rapidly that they might have invented something new by them.’"

and the final word here was a misprint which has, so far, gone uncorrected.
